In the heart of downtown Seoul, there's an old and mysterious hotel that's been standing for ages. It's run by Jang Man Wol, a greedy and suspicious person who's been the CEO of the hotel for over a thousand years. She's bound to the hotel by a deity who keeps her there to prevent her from destroying herself with anger, hatred, and a thirst for revenge. The only way she can leave is by letting go of her resentment and finding love.
Man Wol is trapped in her resentment for a betrayal, and she spends eternity running the Hotel del Luna, catering to the needs of peculiar guests. However, things change when Goo Chan Sung arrives. He's a former assistant manager at a multinational hotel corporation and is forced to manage the Hotel del Luna due to a deal his father made with Man Wol years ago.
